Pure-Water Method
A refined method for exterior glass.
When appropriate for the property, DEL FIORI GLASS uses a professional XERO pure-water system with a water-fed extension pole.
The purification process removes minerals from the cleaning water, allowing exterior glass and frames to be cleaned without leaving mineral residue from the water itself.
This method can also provide ground-based access to certain second- and third-story windows while reducing unnecessary contact with the property.
The equipment and method are selected according to the glass, access, surrounding surfaces, and conditions present at the property.

01Window ScreensCarefully handled. Never assumed.
Easily removable window screens may be cleaned and reinstalled upon request.
Screens requiring tools, screws, complex disassembly, or uncertain reinstallation are reviewed before being included. Screen repair and replacement are not included.
02Tracks & ComponentsService defined with clarity.
Exterior-accessible portions of window tracks may be addressed when appropriate. Detailed interior track cleaning, disassembly, hardware work, repairs, and restoration require separate review.
03Mineral StainingCondition matters.
The pure-water system prevents the cleaning water from leaving new mineral residue. It does not guarantee the removal of mineral deposits already bonded to or etched into the glass.
Any separate treatment must be evaluated and agreed upon in advance. Complete removal or restoration cannot be guaranteed.
04Post-Construction GlassReviewed before service.
Glass affected by paint, stucco, cement, silicone, adhesive, coatings, or other construction materials is considered only after inspection. The method, limitations, and pricing must be established before the work is accepted.
05Access & SafetyResponsible access from the ground.
Service may include certain second- and third-story windows reached with a professional extension pole from ground level. High-rise work, rope access, lift operation, and roof access are not included.
